Never had a good experience in this pub. First time we tried to get in was for the boxing, and the bouncer tried getting a tenner from everyone to enter. First time we tried to get in was for the boxing, and the bouncer tried getting a tenner from everyone to enter. There was ten of us so 100 quid is ridiculous. The second time, the table was broke and when I put my pint down, the pint immediately fell on the ground. The barmaid was trying to blame me and told my I had to buy another one. And today, 22 of us went in and got 2 pints each, which was 180 quid she made. We had been to the... football and sung a song (not a football song, might I add) and she immediately said we had to get out and she was ringing the police. No warning, no ‘can you stop that please’. Just ‘get out the coppers have been rung. I queried why she didn’t speak to us first and she said “I told you four times!!” “Erm no you didn’t love!!” “Ok, well I told your mates to tell you” That’s like a copper telling a civilian to arrest a shoplifter.

Lovely pub, brilliant staff, I like to go for an afternoon pint but it’s also open very late for the sorts of people who dance in public.
